Refund & Return Policy – Al-Ulum Sdn Bhd

Return Period

You have 7 (seven) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. After 7 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In its original packaging, which must be intact.

• Accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include the following details in your email:

1. Your Order Number (e.g., #ALU1234)

2. A clear photo or video showing the damage or the incorrect item.

3. A brief description of the issue.

We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement to be sent or process a refund for you.

Return & Refund Process

1. Contact Us: Send an email to [Your Customer Service Email, e.g., support@alulum.my] with the subject line “Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number]”. Please state the reason for your return.

2. Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 1-3 business days.

3. Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, please pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide.

4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Digital products (e-books, video courses).

• Sale items.

• Gift cards.
